We want to make your candle buying experience as easy as possible. Simply find the candle(s) you like by browsing through our candles or using our search feature. Once you have found a candle you like, simply click on the 'add to shopping cart button' Add to Cart.

And when you are ready to make your purchase, simply choose the check-out button Checkout During the checkout procedure you will be prompted to fill out an order form on our secure server. After you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation receipt email. Your order will be processed at The Candle Factory and shipped to you. You will receive an email stating when your package was shipped.

The time it takes for you to receive your candle depends upon two things: availability, and the shipping method you choose. The combination of these two results in the total time before you get your shipment.

The availability is the normal time in business days it takes for your order to be shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Some candles and quantities take slightly longer to prepare. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification and a tracking number.

Shipping time is dependent upon the method you choose for shipping. We ship our packages via UPS.

The Candle Factory ships most packages via UPS. The shipping cost is displayed in your shopping cart. The total shipping cost is dependent on the shipping method and shipping weight. If you choose a carrier that provides package tracking, you will receive a package number when your order has been shipped.

The Candle Factory will gladly accept returns. Unused products can be shipped back to us for in-store credit. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% will charged unless the goods were shipped to you in error. If you need to return a product please email us at returns@thecandlefactory.com and we will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include: your order number and the problem with your order.

Dimensions:
All candle sizes are listed in inches. The values represent the L x W x H in inches. For cylindrical candles the dimensions are given D x H (D is the diameter of the candle).

Weight:
The weight of all our candles is listed in pounds. This value is used to calculate the shipping prices. Want to know how many kilograms your package is?

The Candle Factory has about 50 color/fragrance combinations. A table illustrating what types of candles are available in what colors is available here. Looking for a candle you cannot find? The web site lists all of the candles we currently manufacture, but we stock a large variety of candles made by other manufacturers. And we will be happy to special order candles we do not have in stock.

Candle burn time is very dependent on the environment. Candles will burn faster in a draft, when close to other burning candles (or other heat sources), and when the wick and flame get too large. Standard burn times and burning tips can be found here.

Our wicks are lead-free!

Here at the Candle Factory we only use lead-free wicks in our candles. In fact, we only make one line of candles that uses wicks with any kind of metal in them (Fragrance Jars). The rest of our wicks have no metal at all.
