The Candle Factory is both a retail and a wholesale outlet. The Candle Factory makes pillars, tapers, votives, jar candles, crystal candles, Simmer'n Scents, and our specialty candles. All of these candles are available at a wholesale price and on our website. Please see the conditions below.

• Initial orders must be over $100 from the wholesale pricelist. The pricelist consists of pillars, tapers, votives, Simmer'n Scents, jars, filled candles, and decorative pillars.
• Minimum order size is $100.

Terms
Initial (online) orders must be Credit Card -- we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments remitted by personal or company check must include a driver's license number and daytime phone number. COD is available by phone. Net 30 with approved credit references.

Returns
Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on returned items, unless the goods were shipped to you in error.
