| What about shipping?
The Candle Factory ships most packages via UPS. The shipping cost is displayed during checkout. The total shipping cost is dependent on the shipping method and shipping weight. If you choose a carrier that provides package tracking, you will receive a package number when your order has been shipped.
How can I return an item?
The Candle Factory will gladly accept returns. Unused products can be shipped back to us for in-store credit. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% will charged unless the goods were shipped to you in error. If you need to return a product please email us at returns@thecandlefactory.com and we will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include: your order number and the problem with your order.
